Identifying a Natural~Frequency (internal vibration or "authentic") and distinguishing it from a Forced~Frequency (external vibration or "noise") is a key part of understanding the Resonating~World and functioning as a Resonating~Community. One way to practice this skill is to learn how people identify their own or others' Natural~Frequencies. Here are some examples:

AuthValue
AuthValue - the Measure of a Person's Authenticity.
A person who feels/thinks/acts with authenticity connects in harmony with themself, other people, nature, and the world by his/her Natural~Frequency (internal authentic vibration) rather than by Forced~Frequency (external noise vibration such as media, crowd-thinking, power, wealth, etc.). Authenticity is key to our world and we can use AuthValue to give a measurement of how Authentic we or others are.
Using AuthValue is the first step to paying attention to Authenticity and to measuring it. AuthValue is subjective and isn't measured using an instrument, rather it is measured by how much a person feels/thinks/acts from internal-authentic sources (self) versus external-forced sources (noise):
